RECALL - Nature's One - PediaSmart

Nature’s One of Lewis Center, OH is voluntarily recalling three lots of PediaSmart Dairy Vanilla complete nutrition beverage powder packaged in 12.7 ounce cans, which bear the lot numbers located on the bottom of the can. This product is generally consumed by individuals between the ages of 13 months – 13 years old. The result of measuring product with the smaller scoop is that only 60% of the labeled nutritional content will be consumed per serving. Unless this product is used as a sole source of nutrition, there should be no health risk from using the incorrect scoop. This action is being taken out of an abundance of caution. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this incorrect scoop size.
