RECALL - Simply Delicious - Bobo's Oat Bars

Simply Delicious Inc. has identified a quality issue regarding mislabeled oat bars. Oat bars containing coconut may be packaged and labeled as Lemon Poppyseed. Our concern is that these bars may pose a potential health risk to consumers as coconut is classified by the FDA as a tree nut, a known allergen.

The affected lot consists of 142 cases. Each case contains 4 sleeves of 12-3oz bars. Each product can be identified by packaging, UPC# 829262-000234, a best by date of 11/02/2016, and a lot # of MR0203. No other lots of Lemon Poppyseed have been affected. The lot and best by date are located on the back of the individual packaging in the top right corner. The information is also present on the back of the 12-pack sleeve and on one side of the cardboard distributer case containing 4 12-pack sleeves.
